Leg Press (Narrow Stance): 12 x 200lbs
Sissy Squats: 15 reps

5 Sets
Hack Squat (Narrow Stance): 20 x 95lbs

5 SUPERSETS
Leg Extensions: 15 x 125lbs
Lying Leg Curls: 15 x 80lbs

5 SUPERSETS
Single Leg Extensions: 20 x 50lbs
Leg Curls: 20 x 100lbs

P.M ABZ
Weighted Crunches: 8 sets 25 reps, Straight Leg Lifts: 5 sets of 25 reps

P.M ABZ
Weighted Crunches: 8 sets 25 reps, Straight Leg Lifts: 5 sets of 25 reps

Nutrition
11am – 10oz Chicken Breast,16oz veggies, nuts
