Walking Lunges: 1 minute, Back Extensions: 20 reps, 4 x 25 sit-ups

GERMAN VOLUME — 10 SET SUPERSET
EZ Bar Curls: 10 x 70lbs
Skull-crushers: 10 x 70lbs
TRICEP FINISHER — 300 REPS – 4 sets of 25 each or circuit
Band Pushdowns: 25 reps (red band)
Straight Bar Pushdowns: 25 x 100lbs
Bench Dips: 25 reps
BICEP/FOREARM FINISHER — 300 REPS – 4 sets of 25 each or circuit
Incline DB Curls: 25 x 20lbs
Preacher Curls (close grip): 25 x 50lbs
Overhead Tricep Pushdowns: 25 x 50lbs

P.M ABZ
Weighted Crunches: 8 sets 25 reps, Straight Leg Lifts: 5 sets of 25 reps
