BENCH PRESS – (2) sets pause ½ way, pause at the bottom: 10 x 45lbs

5 SETS
Illegally Wide Grip Bench Press (Feet Up) = 15 x 45lbs

8 Rounds
Deep Ass Chest Fly’s: 15 x 5lbs, Incline Dumbbell Fly’s: 15 x 5lbs, Incline Dumbbell Press: 15 x 5lbs

P.M ABZ
Weighted Crunches: 8 sets 25 reps, Straight Leg Lifts: 5 sets of 25 reps
