BENCH PRESS – Conjugate Method
5 count pause: 1 x 95lbs, 1 x 135lbs, 1 x 185lbs

Illegally Wide Grip Bench Press (Feet Up) = 15 x 135lbs

Deep Ass Chest Fly’s: 12 x 35lbs, Incline Dumbbell Fly’s: 12 x 35lbs, Incline Dumbbell Press: 12 x 35lbs

WALKING LUNGES: 600m
