LOW BAR BACK SQUAT: 1 x 135lbs, 1 x 225lbs, 1 x 275lbs, 1 x 315lbs

SPEED DEADLIFTS
6 Sets: 2 x 225lbs

5 SETS EACH
Lying Leg Curls: 15 x 75lbs
Weighted Back Extensions: 15 x 45lbs
Hamstring Curls: 15 x 100lbs

3 TRI SETS
