Warmup: 3 minutes Walking Lunges with Dumbbells (25lbs)
Heavy Back Squat — High Bar
5 Count Pause: 1 x 135lbs, 1 x 225lbs, 1 x 275lbs, 1 x 315lbs, 1 x 365lbs
Conventional Deadlifts: 10 x 135lbs, 1 x 225lbs, 1 x 315lbs, 1 x 405lbs, 1 x 425lbs
Lying leg curls: (5) 5 x 100lbs
AB WHEELS: 5 sets of 5 reps 5 sec pause at the bottom
Seated Calves: 5 sets of 12 x 90lbs
Nutrition
12pm – 10oz Ground Turkey, 1 cup veggies, 1/2 avocado
Cheat Meal – 6pm – 6 slices of pizza and cookies
