Warmup: 3 minutes Walking Lunges with Dumbbells
Back Squat: 5 Sets – 1 x 275lbs
Conventional Deadlifts: 5 Sets – 1 x 315lbs
5 Sets – Lying Leg Curls: 5 x 80lbs
5 Count Pause AB WHEELS: 5 sets of 10 reps
Seated Calves: 5 sets – 12 x 90lbs

Nutrition
11am – 8oz ground beef, 1 cup veggies, unsalted sun flower seeds
5pm – 8oz ground turkey, 1 cup veggies, whole avocado
8pm Carb Spike – Lenny & Larry’s cookie
