David Draper Forehead Curls: 15 x 50lbs, Arnold Incline Dumbbell Curls 15 x 70lbs, Larry Scott DB Preacher Bench Curls 15 x 25lbs, Reverse Standing Curls 15 x 30lbs, Forearm Curls 20 x 30lbs
Triceps: 5 Rounds
Arnold Deep Bench Dips 30 reps, Sergrio Overhead Tri Extension 20 x 70lbs, Double Arm Kickbacks 20 x 20lbs, Arnold Skull crushers on Incline Bench 20 x 70lbs, Rope Pushdowns 20 x 100lbs
Pump is real, once again my arms felt inflated from this work out. Played in a dodge ball tournament Saturday and felt an old nagging injury in my knee pop up. Hope is doesn’t mess with my workouts.
