Good Mornings: Lying Leg Curls: 20 x 25lbs, Toes to Bar: 10 reps, 20 x 95lbs, Stiff leg dead lifts: 10 x 110lbs, Reverse Back Extension: 20 reps
4 sets of 2 reps box squat: 285lb
No box: 1 x 285lbs, 1 x 315lbs, 1 x 335lbs, 1 x 365lbs, 1 x 365lbs, 5 x 315lbs, 15 x 225lbs
SPEED DEADLIFTS: Conventional (6) 2 x 315lbs
5 Super Sets: Lying Leg Curls: 5 x 100lbs, Hamstring Curls: 20 x 100lbs
Abs: Weighted Crunches – (4) 25 x 150lbs, Weighted Oblique Crunches: (4) 25 x 100lbs

Glutes are still feeling sore. I wanted to work up to 405 today but 365 was a little bit of a struggle coming down so I did a few drop sets to make sure it pushed myself.

11am – 8oz Steak, 1 cup veggies, whole avocado
6pm – 10oz chicken, 1 cup of veggies, handful of nuts
8pm – Protein/Weight Gainer
