Lying Leg Extensions: 10 x 50lbs, Toes to Bar: 10 reps, Good Mornings -10 x 135lbs, Stiff leg deadlifts – 10 x 135lbs

5 Set Supersets

Flat Bench Pause Press: 50 x 95lbs, 1 x 135lbs, 1 x 185lbs, 1 x 225lbs, 1 x 245lbs, 1 x 245lbs

Straight bar Seated Rows: 6 x 240lbs

5 Set Supersets

Flat Bench Press Arnold Press DBs: 8 x 80lbs

Chest Supported Dumbbell Rows: 8 x 60lbs

5 Set Supersets

Dumbbell Pullovers: 8 x 80lbs

Incline Chest Flys: 20 x 25lbs

FRONT SQUAT: 1 x 135lbs, 1 x 185lbs, 1 x 225lbs, missed 1 x 275 twice, 5 x 225lbs
