(5) Sets: Leg Extension: 25 x 75lbs (hold at top every 5th rep) 

(5) Sets: Leg Curls: 25 x 100lbs (squeeze every 5th rep)

(5) Super Sets: Leg Press: 20 x 315lbs, Barbell Lunges: 10 x 135lbs

400 meter walking lunges
