(3) Super Sets: Sissy Squats: 8 x 45lbs, Leg Extensions: 18 x 65lbs

(3) Super Sets: Inner Abductor: 18 x 100lbs, Outer Abductor: 18 x 120lbs

(3) Super Sets: Seated Calf Raises: 18 x 90lbs, Standing Calf Raise: 30 x 135lbs

(3) Super Sets: Set Ups: 10 Each Leg x 135lbs, Single Lying Leg Curls: 10 x 30lbs
