Dead Lift: (2) 1 x 405lbs, (2) 1 x 425lbs, missed 1 x 455lbs, 1 x 445lbs

Weighted Crunches/ Roll Outs: (3) 25 Reps each exercise

Machine WeightEd Crunches: (4) 25 x 150lbs
