Tricep Pushdowns: 25 x 40lbs squeeze every 5th rep / Reverse Tricep Pushdowns: 20 x 45lbs

Inner Cable Curls: (4) 20 x 50lbs / Outer Cable Curls: (4) 20 x 50lbs

 Rope Pushdowns: (4) 20 x 35lbs 

Rope Curls: 25 x 50lbs

Single arm Push Down: (4) 25 x 20

Single Arm Curl: (6) 20 x 20

Ring Dips: (4) 20 reps

Reverse Curls: (4) 25 x 30lbs
