Flat Bench: 12 x 135lbs, 10 x 155lbs, 8 x 165, (2) 6 x 185lbs

Flat Bench Flys: (5) 5 x 50lbs w/ 5sec pause at the bottom. 

Brad Castleberry DB press: (4) 10 x 70lbs
