Incline DB Curls: 5 Sets: 12 x 25lbs (8 reps, 5 twist, 4 reps) 

Super Set: 5 Sets: Machine Preacher Curls: 12 x 60lbs, Machine Tricep Pushdowns: 20 x 60lbs

Seated Preacher Curls: (4) 12 x 90lbs

Cable Forearm Curls: (3) 20 x 40lbs 

Dips: (4) 25 Reps
