Behind the neck push press: (2) 10 x 45lbs, (2) 10 x 95lbs, (2) 10 x 135lbs

TriSets: 4 Sets: DB Military Press, Lateral Raise, Front Raise, Shrugs: (2) 20 x 25lbs, (2) 20 x 30lbs

Arnold Press: (4) 12 x 40lbs

Lat Row: 20 x 135lbs

Side Shoulder Shrugs: 20 x 135
