BACK 4 sets each exercise 

Super Sets: Pull-ups: 15 Reps, DB Pullover: 15 x 65lbs, Close Grip Seated Row: 15 x 150lbs, Decline Rows: 25 x 60lbs

Super Set: TBar Row: 15 x 90lbs, Pulldowns: 15 x 105lbs, Standing TBar Row: 15 x 135lbs

FacePulls: Squeeze every 5th Rep: 20 x 100lbs

3 Directional Bent Over Cable Rows: 15 each direction x 50lbs 

Straight Bar Lat Push Downs: 15 x 50lbs

3 Sets weighted crunches: 25 x 100lbs
