Super Set: Seated Row: (5) 10 x 200lbs, 10 Pull-ups

Lat Pushdowns: (4) 15 x 60lbs

VBar Row: (4) 10 x 180lbs

TBar Row: (4) 25 x 45lbs

Iso Lat Row: (4) 25 x 90lbs

Iso Lat Y Row: (4) 25 x 90lbs
