5 Minute Stationary Bike Box Squats: 10 x 45lbs, 8 x 95lbs, 6 x 135lbs, 4 x 185lbs, 4 x 225lbs, 1 x 255lbs, 1 x 275lbs, 1 x 315lbs, 1 x 335lbs

Incline Bench: 10 x 95lbs, 8 x 115lbs, 6 x 135lbs, 4 x 155lbs, 2 x 185lbs, 1 x 205lbs

Flat Bench: (5) 5 x 155lbs

Bench Flyes: (5) 5 x 45lbs

Decline Chest Press: (5) 25 x 90lbs

Chest Press: (5) 25 x 45lbs
