Leg Press: 12 x 180lbs, 12 x 270lbs, 12 x 320lbs, (2) 12 x 360lbs

Stiff Legged Deadlift: (5) 12 x 180lbs

Hamstring Curls: (4) 12 x 120lbs

Lying Hamstring Curls: (4) 12 x 60lbs

BB Lunges: (5) 12 x 135lbs

Seated Calf Raise: (5) 12 x 135lbs, 100 Rep Jumprope

Hanging Knee Ups: 50 Reps
