Super Set: 4 Sets: Wide Grip Pulldowns: 20 x 100lbs, DB Row: 6 x 75lbs

Super Set: 3 Sets: DB Pullover: 20 x 50lbs, 1 Arm Cable Row: 12 x 60lbs
