Flat Bench press: (2) 30 x 135, 10 x 175lbs, 10 x 155lbs, 15 x 135lbs

Chest Press: (4) 20 x 120lbs

Incline DB Flys: (4) 15 x 35lbs

Chest Flyes: (4) 20 x 100lbs

Outdoor Run: 2.5 Miles uphill
