Shoulder Press: 20 Reps: 65lbs, 95lbs, 135lbs, 95lbs, 65lbs

Shrugs: 6 Sets 275lbs x 20

Wieghts Dips: (2) 20 x body Wieght, (2) 20 x 30lbs, (2) 20 x 60lbs
