3 Sets: T-Bar: 15 x(4) 45, Seated Row: 15 x 240lbs, ISO Lat Row: 15 x 120lbs

ABs: 3 Sets: Hanging Wipers: 15 Reps, Toe 2 bar: 10 Reps
